Tastes good!

I tried this and it tasted really good. A lot of times when I make a recipe calling for pumpkin, I substitute sweet potato or winter squash, like butternut or acorn squash. Each gives a little different flavor and color. It also allows me to use up different things I have on hand instead of going out and buying something just for one recipe.
